For as long as I can remember, baking has been my creative outlet, my stress reliever, and my love language. There’s something special about making something from scratch: the smell of dough rising, the crackle of bread fresh out of the oven, the comfort of a warm pastry shared with someone you care about.
I wanted to share that feeling with my community, and Round Rock Bakes became the perfect way to do it. Today, I bake everything in small batches right from my home kitchen, using quality ingredients, cozy flavors, and a whole lot of heart. Whether it’s a classic focaccia, sweet muffin tops, a tray of cookies, or a creamy tres leches cup, each item is made with intention and care.
